Reservations: Return a signed rental agreement with a 20% deposit.  Balance is due 30 days prior to taking occupancy.
Cancellation: After 3/1 of Rental Year – Deposit is refunded only if we are able to re-let for the same time period.  Before 3/1 – 5% of deposit cancellation fee.
Payments: Check, Money Order, or PayPal.  Personal checks at least 30 days prior to taking occupancy.
Check In/Out: 3 PM on scheduled arrival date and by 11 AM on scheduled departure date.
Security Deposit: $250.00

No Pets & No Smoking in the Cottage

What to Bring:

• Bed Linens
  • Master bedroom – queen bed (12 inches thick)
  • Side bedroom – 2 twin beds
  • Back bedroom – 1 twin bed
  • Living room – pull out full sofa bed
• Bath/kitchen/beach towels
• Beach blankets and toys
• Beach umbrellas, additional, if desired
• Suntan lotion
• Kitchen items, if desired
  • Food, spices

Cleaning:  There is no cleaning fee, but please leave the cottage clean.  Cleaning supplies are available at the cottage.

Note: the gas fireplace is only available on request for longer term winter rentals.
